Preparation Time: @20 minutes + 30 minutes baking
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate baking squares
1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons vallina extract
2 eggs
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Butter an 8X8 pan.
3. In medium bowl, microwave butter, peanutbutter, and chocolate for 1 minute on high.
4. Mix and let cool for 1-2 mins.
5. Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat until thickened.
6. Combine with flour, powdered sugar, and baking powder, and mix until smooth.
7. Pour into buttered pan and bake for 25-30 mins or until firm.
Yield: 12 large squares
